SS&A Anglers Club April 09 Newsletter

April Competition:

This Month’s Competition was an open with Mulwala a popular choice, weather was good for a change and wind was about 4 knots

Winners:

There were no winners as the larger fish had better things to do and the kids came out to play with cod from 56 cm to 59 cm being caught plus the loss of lures. The lure used was the red & black mumbler which is now jammed under a log.

Boating Tips:

Make sure all safety equipment is up to date, close and handy (e.g. Life jackets and fire extinguishers)

Next Month:

Will be an open on the 17th &18th of May. Weigh in will again be at Hovell tree park at 3.00pm. Even if you did not go fishing come along and join in.

Raffles:

Next Raffle will be on the 8th of May at 7 pm.
