After cooking up a storm at the SS&A Sports and Bowling Club for many years, Stephen Lui of Hoi's Kitchen has brought his unique style of cooking to the Albury SS&A Club.
Head chef, Stephen Lui prepares quality meals made fresh daily from local ingredients. He has over 20 years experience in wok cooking from restaurants in Hong Kong and his own restaurant in Sydney.
All Hoi's Kitchen dishes are home made, including dim sims, spring rolls, curry puffs and banquet meals. The signature meals are Hoi's Special Chinese Sizzling Steak (shown left) and Spicy Salt and Pepper Squid.
Hoi's has now commenced in the Oasis Kitchen at SS&A Albury, opening 6 days a week for Lunch from 12pm to 2.30pm and Dinner from 5pm to 9.30pm.
